## Ingredients

- 113 g unsalted butter, softened
- 55 g powdered sugar
- 45 g honey
- 3 g ground cinnamon
- 1.5 g fine salt
- 2 g vanilla extract

## Instructions

1. Let butter sit at room temp until it presses easily but still feels cool, about 60 to 65F. 15 minutes on the counter at room temp usually does the trick.
2. Whip butter on medium-high for 2 minutes until lighter and fluffy. You can use a stand mixer, a hand mixer, or your hands.
3. Add powdered sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
4. Beat on low until sugar disappears.
5. Add honey and vanilla.
6. Beat on medium-high for 1 to 2 minutes, scraping the bowl once in the middle, until fluffy and spreadable.
7. Serve at cool room temperature with warm rolls.

## Equipment

- stand mixer
- hand mixer
- bowl

## Tips

- Don't try to rush the butter softening process by microwaving it; partially melted butter will whip up greasy.
- Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
