## Ingredients

- Butter
- Diced White Onion
- Fresh Chopped Garlic

- 1 can Tomato Paste
- Pasta Water
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Dried Basil
- Chicken Stock
- Heavy Cream
- Red Chili Flakes
- Parmesan
- Chicken
- 80 % Penne Cooked
- Fresh Basil

## Instructions

1. Add olive oil and butter to a pan.
2. Add diced white onion and fresh chopped garlic to the pan.
3. Add red pepper flakes to the pan.
4. Save some pasta water from the cooking pasta.
5. Add the whole can of tomato paste to the pan.
6. Add pasta water to the pan and mix.
7. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
8. Add dried basil to the pan.
9. Add chicken stock to the pan.
10. Add heavy cream to the pan and mix.
11. Add more red chili flakes.
12. Add Parmesan cheese.
13. Add cooked chicken pieces.
14. Add penne pasta, cooked 80%, to the pan and mix.
15. Garnish with fresh basil.
