## Ingredients

- 100 grams butter
- 250 grams caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- dash vanilla
- 25 grams cocoa powder
- 100 grams plain flour

## Instructions

1. In your pie dish, melt 100 grams of butter in the microwave or oven.
2. Add 250 grams of caster sugar to the melted butter.
3. Stir the mixture well.
4. Crack in two eggs and beat the mixture together.
5. Add a dash of vanilla.
6. Add 25 grams of cocoa powder.
7. Finally, add 100 grams of plain flour.
8. Bake in a 180°C oven for about 25 minutes.
