Bolo de fubá cremoso, metade bolo de fubá e metade creme, receita simples e toda feita no liquidificador.

## Ingredients

- 3 xícaras leite
- 3 ovos
- 2 colheres de sopa manteiga
- 1 xícara açúcar
- 50 gramas parmesão ralado
- 1 xícara fubá
- 3 colheres farinha de trigo
- 1 colher fermento para bolo

## Instructions

1. No liquidificador, adicione os ovos, farinha de trigo, leite, açúcar, fubá, parmesão ralado, manteiga e bata tudo muito bem.
2. Em seguida, acrescente o fermento e bata novamente por alguns instantes (15 segundos são suficientes).
3. Transfira a mistura para uma forma untada.
4. Leve ao forno preaquecido a 180 graus por aproximadamente 50 minutos.
