## Equipment

- bowl
- fork
- baking pan
- biscuit cutter
- silicone brush

## Tips

- For 1 cup of self-rising flour, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1.5 tsp of baking powder, and 1/4 tsp of salt. Mix thoroughly.
- You can add 2 tbsp of honey for honey-butter biscuits.
- I also recommend adding in a 1:1 ratio of honey to butter to brush on top in the end.
- Always use a sifter for your flour as it helps ensure the end results in a fluffy biscuit.
- You can freeze these in advance and just bake them when you are ready!
