## Ingredients

- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup dates
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup cashews
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

## Instructions

1. Blend walnuts, almonds, dates, and a pinch of salt together.
2. Separately, mix cashews with honey, lemon juice, plant-based milk, and vanilla extract.
3. Blend the cashew mixture until smooth.
4. Press the dry nut mixture into a mold.
5. Pour the cashew cream on top.
6. Chill in the freezer.
