## Ingredients

- 1 packet Pioneer Roasted Turkey Gravy Mix
- turkey broth
- olive oil
- butter
- shallots
- Arborio rice
- Parmesan cheese

## Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine the Pioneer Roasted Turkey Gravy Mix with turkey broth and whisk until smooth.
2. Add the gravy mixture to hot turkey broth in a pot.
3. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan.
4. Add chopped shallots to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
5. Add Arborio rice to the pan and stir to coat.
6. Add the gravy-broth mixture to the rice, one ladle at a time, stirring constantly until absorbed.
