# Brown Butter Coffee

A delicious coffee drink featuring a brown butter syrup and cold foam.

## Ingredients

- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- hot water
- vanilla extract
- heavy or oat cream
- 1 pinch salt

## Instructions

1. Start browning two tablespoons of butter.
2. While the butter is heating, mix one big tablespoon of brown sugar, some hot water, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
3. Combine the brown sugar mixture with the browned butter to make an incredibly delicious brown butter syrup.
4. Mix the brown butter syrup with heavy or oat cream to make an amazing cold foam.
5. Add a little pinch of salt.
