## Ingredients

- 1 tsp garlic
- 2 tbsp gochugaru
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 cabbage
- 1 spam
- 1 dduk
- 1 sausage
- 1 kimchi
- 1 water
- 1 scallions
- 1 serrano peppers
- 1 egg
- 1 ramen noodles
- 1 american cheese slice

## Instructions

1. Combine minced garlic, gochugaru, soy sauce, doenjang, and sugar in a small bowl to create the seasoning paste.
2. Arrange cabbage, spam, dduk, sausage, kimchi, and the prepared seasoning paste in a small pot.
3. Pour water over the ingredients until covered.
4. Add chopped scallions and sliced serrano peppers to the pot.
5. Add half of the seasoning paste mixture to the pot.
6. Crack an egg and add ramen noodles into the boiling stew.
7. Cover the pot with a lid and cook.
8. Top with a slice of American cheese and cover again to melt.
