## Ingredients

- 1 can spam
- 1 pack sausage
- 1 block tofu
- 1 bunch green onion
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup rice cake
- 1 pack enoki mushroom
- 1 pack beef bone broth
- 1 pack instant ramen
- 1 slice cheese

## Instructions

1. Slice the Spam and sausages into thin pieces.
2. Cut the tofu into small rectangular slabs.
3. Finely chop the green onions.
4. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, gochujang, sugar, soy sauce, and honey to make the sauce.
5. Arrange the Spam, sausages, rice cakes, enoki mushrooms, and tofu in a large pot.
6. Add the prepared sauce into the center of the pot.
7. Pour in the beef bone broth.
8. Place the pot on the stove and bring to a simmer.
9. Add the ramen noodles and the cheese slice on top.
10. Cover the pot with a lid and cook until the noodles are soft.
11. Garnish with fresh green onions before serving.
