# Sloppy Joe Tater Tot Casserole

## Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 whole onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1-2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp bbq sauce
- 1 1/2 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
- 1 bag Crispy Crowns or Tater Tots
- dried parsley (optional)

## Instructions

1. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion.
2. Season the beef and onion mixture with salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika, then drain any extra grease.
3. Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and bbq sauce, and let simmer on low heat.
4. Top the mixture with shredded Colby Jack cheese.
5. Add the crispy crowns on top of the casserole.
6. Bake in the oven at 400 degrees F until the crispy crowns are golden brown and crispy.
