## Ingredients

- 1 cup شعرية
- 2 pieces زبدة
- 3 cups لبن
- 1 tablespoon سكر
- 2 tablespoons سكر
- 1 فانيليا
- 1 stick قرفة
- 1 handful زبيب

## Instructions

1. في زبدة، نحط فصين مستكة، و نزل بالشعرية و نحمرها.
2. أثناء تحمير الشعرية، نضيف معلقة سكر.
3. بعد ما تتحمر الشعرية، نضيف اللبن ورشة من الفانيليا.
4. نضيف عود قرفة لو متاح.
5. نضيف معلقتين سكر و نسيبها تستوي.
6. نضيف الزبيب أو اي نوع مكسرات تانية.
