## Ingredients

- 20 oz russet potatoes
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1.5 tsp pepper
- 1.5 tsp garlic powder
- 1.5 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 3 lbs ground beef
- 1 bag fat free cheddar cheese
- 120 g light mayo
- 100 g non fat plain greek yogurt
- 40 g zero sugar ketchup
- 20 g mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 4 chopped pickle chips
- 0.25 tsp salt
- onions
- shredded lettuce
- pickles
- 4 per serving cherry tomatoes

## Instructions

1. Cook the potatoes in the air fryer at 400°F (204°C).
2. Shake the potatoes halfway through cooking.
3. Cook the ground beef with specified seasonings.
4. For a smash burger char, let the beef cook longer without stirring until browned, then mix and repeat.
5. Chop the ground beef.
6. Prepare the spread by mixing light mayo, non-fat plain Greek yogurt, zero sugar ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, white vinegar, chopped pickles (or dill relish), and salt.
7. Add fat-free cheddar cheese over the beef and spread it around.
8. Add onions (or other desired sides) to the burger bowl.
9. Transfer the prepared burger bowl to a container.

## Equipment

- air fryer
- container

## Tips

- For the beef, if you want that “smash burger” char taste, let it cook longer without stirring. Let it sit until browned, mix it and repeat. Less stirring means more browning which brings out the flavor.
- Transfer cooked ingredients to a container for easy reheating, keeping sides in a different container.
