# Blackberry Chocolate Cake

This is an easy and delicious blackberry chocolate cake.

## Ingredients

- egg whites
- egg yolks
- sugar
- cocoa powder
- flour
- baking powder
- blackberries
- sugar
- powdered sugar
- butter
- cream cheese
- milk chocolate
- peanuts

## Instructions

1. Mix the egg whites with a mixer until they are fluffy.
2. Add the egg yolks and mix again.
3. Sift in the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and mix.
4. Pour the dough into a baking dish and bake.
5. Cook the blackberries with sugar in a pan.
6. Mix the powdered sugar with butter and cream cheese.
7. Cut the cake in half.
8. Cover the first half with the cream cheese mixture, then with the blackberry mixture, then place the second half of the cake on top.
9. Melt chocolate and mix with peanuts.
10. Spread chocolate-peanut mixture on cake.
