## Equipment

- pot
- fine mesh strainer
- pitcher
- glass bottles
- cocktail glass

## Tips

- For less bitterness, use less tea brew and bitters, and more pomegranate juice.
- If avoiding valerian, swap it for chamomile.
- If preferring tart cherry juice instead of pomegranate, remove hibiscus from the brew to balance tartness.
- Increase valerian and passionflower to preference if tolerated well.
- Store in the fridge for about 5 days.
- To extend shelf life, add a pinch of citric acid and use sterilized glass bottles.
