# Jeli Ros Laici & Strawberry Cocktail

## Ingredients

- 400 ml air
- 1 tin susu sejat
- 1 kotak NONA Serbuk Kristal Jeli Laici
- secubit garam
- 1 sudu sirap ros
- tin laici
- 400 ml air
- 1 kotak NONA Serbuk Kristal Jeli Strawberi
- ais
- buah tembikai
- buah laici
- buah strawberi
- 2 sudu susu pekat
- 2 tin susu cair
- sagu

## Instructions

1. Add 400 ml of water to a saucepan.
2. Mix in one tin of evaporated milk.
3. Heat until about to boil.
4. Add NONA brand lychee flavored crystal jelly powder.
5. Add a pinch of salt.
6. Pour the mixture into a baking pan, straining if desired.
7. Add a few drops of rose syrup and swirl using a fork.
8. Chill until solid.
9. Place cut lychees on top of the jelly.
10. Pour in the juice from the canned lychees.
11. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
12. Add 400 ml of water to a saucepan and heat until boiling.
13. Add NONA brand strawberry flavored crystal jelly powder.
14. Heat until boiling, then pour into a tray and chill until solid.
15. Use a fork to shred the jelly.
16. In a bowl, combine ice, diced watermelon, lychees, and strawberries.
17. Add two spoons of condensed milk and two tins of evaporated milk.
18. Mix in the strawberry jelly and cooked sago.
19. Mix well.
