## Ingredients

- 400 g plain flour
- 300 g granulated sugar
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 300 g melted butter
- custard

## Instructions

1. Sift the plain flour into a white bowl.
2. Add granulated sugar into the bowl.
3. Add cocoa powder into the bowl.
4. Whisk all the dry ingredients together in the bowl.
5. Pour the melted butter into the bowl.
6. Combine everything together using a spatula.
7. Place parchment paper into a baking tray.
8. Add the mixture into the baking tray.
9. Pat the mixture down to create an even layer.
10. Brush the top of the mixture with water using a baking brush.
11. Sprinkle granulated sugar on top of the mixture.
12. Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes, checking at 20 minutes.
