# Odeng Guk / Umook Tang

## Ingredients

- 1 whole Korean radish, peeled and sliced
- 1 whole serrano pepper, sliced
- 1 stalk scallion, chopped
- 3 whole fishcake sheet
- 3 cup water
- 3 whole dried anchovy
- 1 piece kombu
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- fish balls
- dduk (optional)
- black pepper
- salt (optional)

## Instructions

1. Peel and slice the Korean radish.
2. Slice the serrano pepper and chop the scallions.
3. Cut the fishcake sheets.
4. Boil water in a pot with dried anchovies and kombu.
5. Add the sliced Korean radish to the boiling water.
6. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, and minced garlic.
7. Add the fishcake sheets, fish balls, dduk, peppers, and scallions to the pot.
8. Season with a generous amount of black pepper and salt to taste.
9. Fold the fishcake sheets into skewers.
