# Crockpot Chicken Spaghetti

An easy, creamy chicken spaghetti dish made in a crockpot.

## Ingredients

- 3 whole chicken breast
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- paprika
- salt
- pepper
- 1 can Rotel
- 20 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1 tbsp garlic, minced
- 2 cup Colby Jack cheese
- 1 dollop sour cream
- 1 lb spaghetti pasta
- parsley (optional)

## Instructions

1. Place chicken breasts into the crockpot and season with onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Add one can of Rotel, cream of chicken soup, and minced garlic to the crockpot.
3. Cook on low for 4 hours.
4. Remove the chicken from the crockpot and either shred or chop it into chunks.
5. Return the chicken to the crockpot.
6. Add shredded Colby Jack cheese and a dollop of sour cream to the crockpot, then set to keep warm to melt the cheese.
7. Boil a pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti pasta according to package instructions.
8. Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken and cheese mixture in the crockpot.
9. Garnish with parsley if desired.
