## Ingredients

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- pizza sauce
- low moisture mozzarella
- pepperoni
- ham
- roast beef
- shredded cheddar
- egg
- Italian seasoning
- sesame seeds

## Instructions

1. Combine 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 packet of instant yeast in a bowl.
2. In a separate cup, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to 1 cup of warm water.
3. Give your dry ingredients a quick mix.
4. Add the water and olive oil mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
5. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for a few minutes until it takes shape, folding one end to the other and pushing through the middle.
6. Keep flouring your surface to prevent the dough from sticking.
7. Place the dough ball back in the bowl, cover with a damp towel or saran wrap, and let it rise in a warm spot for 30 to 45 minutes or until it doubles in size.
8. Once the dough is almost done rising, preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
9. Once the dough has doubled in size, push down in the middle.
10. Cut the dough into six even pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
11. Roll out each ball into a rectangle, roughly 10 inches long and 5 inches wide.
12. For the pepperoni pizza hot pockets, spread pizza sauce on one half of the dough, then add low moisture mozzarella and pepperoni.
13. For the ham and cheese hot pockets, add ham and cheese to one half of the dough.
14. For the roast beef and cheddar hot pockets, add roast beef and shredded cheddar to one half of the dough.
15. Take the top half of the dough and fold it over to the back of the dough.
16. Pinch the sides with your thumb and then use a fork to seal the edges all together.
17. Brush each hot pocket with a little egg wash.
18. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on the pizza hot pocket and sesame seeds on the other hot pockets.
19. Take a knife and cut a few slits into each hot pocket.
20. Bake in the preheated oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
