## Ingredients

- cracker
- arugula
- cream cheese
- salted salmon, diced
- dill (optional)

## Instructions

1. Place crackers and arugula into a food processor and blend until finely ground into a green crumb mixture.
2. Place a metal ring mold on a plate and fill the bottom with the crumb mixture, pressing it down firmly with a spoon.
3. Spread a layer of cream cheese over the cracker base and smooth the surface.
4. Top the cream cheese layer with diced salted salmon and press down lightly.
5. Garnish with a sprig of fresh dill.
6. Remove the ring mold carefully to serve.
