## Ingredients

- 18 grams coffee beans
- 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
- 100 ml milk
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 pinch cocoa powder

## Instructions

1. Grind 18 grams of coffee beans.
2. Prepare and tamp the coffee grounds.
3. Brew espresso shot.
4. Add 2 tablespoons of mascarpone cheese to a glass.
5. Add 100 ml of milk.
6. Add the espresso shot.
7. Mix the milk, mascarpone cheese and espresso using a hand mixer.
8. Add ice cubes to the glass.
9. Add the creamy mixture to the glass.
10. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top.
