# Crockpot Baby Back Ribs

Easy-to-make ribs cooked in a crockpot until tender, finished with a quick broil in the oven for a caramelized glaze.

## Ingredients

- 2 rack baby back ribs
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup bbq rub seasoning
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp liquid smoke
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1/2 cup bbq sauce

## Instructions

1. Remove the membrane from the ribs and cover the ribs in yellow mustard.
2. Mix together BBQ seasoning and brown sugar, then sprinkle the mixture over all sides of the ribs.
3. Cut the ribs into four pieces and place them in the crockpot with the meat side touching the side of the pot.
4. Pour liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, and apple cider vinegar into the center of the crockpot.
5. Cook on low for 7 hours or until the meat is tender and easily pulls away from the bone.
6. Transfer the tender ribs to a sheet pan, drizzle with honey, and coat with BBQ sauce.
7. Broil in the oven at 500 degrees F for a couple of minutes, keeping a close watch to prevent burning.
