## Ingredients

- 2 tbsp homemade rocket, garlic & basil pesto
- 120 g burrata cheese
- 4 slices prosciutto di Parma
- 1 lemon lemon zest

## Instructions

1. Spread pesto on the base of the pizza dough.
2. Add torn burrata cheese.
3. Layer with prosciutto di Parma.
4. Add more burrata cheese.
5. Drizzle with more pesto.
6. Add lemon zest.
7. Close the sandwich.
