## Ingredients

- chicken
- Creole seasoning
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- thyme
- paprika
- bell peppers
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1.5 cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp cornstarch

## Instructions

1. Season the chicken with Creole seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, and paprika, then mix.
2. Add the seasoned chicken to a baking dish along with some bell peppers.
3. Combine a can of cream of chicken soup with about 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, then mix well.
4. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken in the baking dish.
5. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
6. After 1 hour, baste the chicken and put it back in the oven uncovered for 30 minutes.
