## Ingredients

- 800 ml leche
- 100 gr azúcar
- 100 gr maicena
- 200 ml café
- 0 cacao en polvo

## Instructions

1. En una olla, mezclar la maicena con la leche fría para evitar grumos.
2. Agregar el azúcar.
3. Añadir una taza de café.
4. Remover hasta que espese.
5. Pasar a un molde, tapar con film y refrigerar unas horas.
6. Desmoldar y espolvorear cacao en polvo por encima.
