## Ingredients

- 300 g digestive biscuits
- 100 g melted butter
- 400 g cream cheese
- 100 g icing sugar
- 200 g kinder chocolate
- 300 ml double cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp icing sugar

## Instructions

1. Crush 300g digestive biscuits.
2. Add 100g melted butter and mix until combined.
3. Put 1 heaped tbsp of mixture into each cupcake case and press down firmly.
4. Mix 400g cream cheese and 100g icing sugar.
5. Melt 200g kinder chocolate in microwave.
6. Add melted chocolate to cream cheese mixture, then add 300ml double cream and whisk until creamy.
7. Pour cheesecake mixture onto base and smooth it out.
8. Freeze for 30 minutes.
9. Whisk 300ml double cream, 1tsp vanilla and 2tbsp icing sugar until creamy.
10. Top with cream and melted chocolate.
