# Inihaw na Tambakol

This recipe is for grilled tuna marinated in a garlic, soy sauce and ketchup based sauce.

## Ingredients

- 1 tuna
- 8 cloves garlic
- 0.5 bottle soy sauce
- 0.5 bottle banana ketchup
- 5 6 tbsps sugar
- 1 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 Magic Sarap

## Instructions

1. Cut slits into the tuna
2. Mince the garlic and add it to the bowl
3. Add the soy sauce, banana ketchup, sugar, cooking oil and magic sarap to the bowl with the garlic.
4. Mix well
5. Season the tuna with the magic sarap
6. Put the tuna on the grill
7. Brush the tuna with the sauce and grill until cooked, brushing with the sauce every once in a while.
