## Ingredients

- 1 lb frozen shredded hash browns

- 1 cup onions, cooked
- 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 whole large eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- green onions, chopped (optional)
- 1 whole flour tortilla

## Instructions

1. Add the frozen shredded hash browns to the slow cooker.
2. Add the cooked breakfast sausage, peppers, and onions to the slow cooker.
3. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and mix everything together.
4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, pepper, and milk.

6. Cook on high for 4 hours.
