## Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk

- 1 cup strawberry jam

## Instructions

1. Combine oats, brown sugar, flour, and salt in a bowl.
2. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
