# Hot chocolate

## Ingredients

- 1 bar 60-70% cacao dark chocolate
- 2 bar milk chocolate
- 1-2 cinnamon stick
- 4 clove
- 6 allspice berry
- 3 piece orange zest
- 4 cup whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- mini marshmallows (optional)
- freshly grated nutmeg (optional)

## Instructions

1. Combine the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, cinnamon sticks, cloves, allspice berries, orange zest, whole milk, heavy cream, cocoa powder, salt, and maple syrup in a pot.
2. Heat and stir the mixture until the chocolate is completely melted and the ingredients are well incorporated.
3. Serve the hot chocolate in a mug and top with mini marshmallows and freshly grated nutmeg.
