# English Pea Salad

## Ingredients

- 2 small bags frozen english peas
- 3 stalks green onions
- 6 strips bacon
- 1 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Killer Hogs TX
- 4 boiled eggs

## Instructions

1. In a bowl, add two small bags of thawed frozen English peas.
2. Add three chopped green onions.
3. Add six to eight strips of cooked bacon.
4. Add a cup of freshly grated cheddar cheese.
5. Add about a cup of mayonnaise.
6. Add about a cup of sour cream.
7. Stir to combine.
8. Add a tablespoon of Killer Hogs TX seasoning.
9. Stir again to combine.
10. Add four chopped boiled eggs.
11. Stir gently.
