# Oreo cheesecake bars

## Ingredients

- 1 package Oreos
- melted butter
- cream cheese
- icing sugar

## Instructions

1. Finely crush your Oreos.
2. Mix the crushed Oreos with melted butter until combined.
3. Set aside a third of the Oreo-butter mix.
4. Scoop the rest of the mix into a tin and press down firmly to form the base.
5. Whisk cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth.
6. Fold in 10 broken Oreos into the cream cheese mixture.
7. Scoop the cream cheese mix onto your base and smooth it out.
8. Sprinkle the rest of the Oreo-butter mix over the top.
9. Refrigerate until set.
