# Nutella pancakes

## Ingredients

- 400 g harina
- 2 cdas polvos para hornear
- 70 g endulzante
- 400 ml leche
- 4 huevos
- 100 g mantequilla
- 1 pizca sal

## Instructions

1. En un bol, pondremos mantequilla derretida, leche, cuatro yemas de huevo y mezclaremos.
2. Añadiremos harina tamizada, polvos para hornear, un poquito de sal y endulzante.
3. Por otro lado, montaremos las claras a punto de nieve.
4. Mezclaremos con movimientos envolventes para que no se bajen.
5. Llevaremos la mezcla a una sartén.
6. Una vez que las tortitas estén hechas, las rellenaremos de Nutella.
