## Ingredients

- 2/3 cup hemp hearts
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 2/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons Swerve (brown or regular granular)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- keto maple syrup (optional)
- fruit (optional)
- keto-friendly nut butter (optional)

## Instructions

1. Add all dry ingredients to a large mason jar, crumbling the sweetener if using brown Swerve to prevent clumping. Seal with a lid and shake well to mix.
2. Add 1/2 cup of the prepared oatmeal mix and 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk to a small saucepan. Whisk over low-medium heat until the desired temperature is reached.
3. Pour into a bowl and serve topped with keto maple syrup, fruit, or nut butter.

## Equipment

- mason jar
- small saucepan
- whisk

## Tips

- You can adjust the amount of sweetener to taste.
- You can customize the base with various flavors like berries and heavy cream, or nut butter and sugar-free chocolate chips.
- The dry mix can be stored in the pantry for up to one week.
- If you do not like coconut, you can omit it.
- The cooked oatmeal can be stored in the fridge and reheated.
- You can omit the chia seeds, though it may change the texture.
