# Bolo de cenoura na frigideira

## Ingredients

- 1 cenoura média
- 2 ovos
- 4 colheres farelo de aveia
- 3 colheres de sopa leite
- 1 colher de chá fermento
- pouquinho leite

## Instructions

1. Add one medium carrot, two eggs, four spoons of oat bran, three spoons of milk and something to sweeten to the blender.
2. Blend everything.
3. Add one teaspoon of yeast.
4. Take to the frying pan.
5. Add a little milk until a cream forms.
6. Add the sauce on top.

## Tips

- The original recipe calls for sweetener, xylitol those things, but I sweetened with honey and you can even put whey in the dough to make it sweeter, and I lavished the topping that I made with dulce de leche whey and powdered milk.
