- cream cheese

## Instructions

1. Thinly slice the onion using a mandoline.
2. Thinly slice the jalapeños using a mandoline.
3. Spread shredded cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Place the onion rings on top of the cheese.
5. Place the jalapeño slices on top of the onion rings.
6. Add dollops of cream cheese.
7. Sprinkle cooked bacon on top.
8. Bake in the oven until golden.
