## Ingredients

- 3 sticks Kerrygold butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup hot chocolate fudge
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 cup crushed candy canes

## Instructions

1. Cream together Kerrygold butter, sugar and brown sugar.
2. Add in the eggs.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour and cocoa powder.
4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix.
5. Scoop out balls of cookie dough.
6. For the center of each cookie, create a small ball of hot chocolate fudge.
7. Place the hot chocolate fudge ball into the center of each cookie dough ball.
8. Add mini marshmallows around the fudge center.
9. Bake cookies.
10. Once the cookies have cooled, add more mini marshmallows and crushed candy canes on top.
