# Salted Chocolate Brownie Balls

## Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cup dates
- 3 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp chocolate protein powder (optional)
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp nut butter
- to taste salt
- to taste cacao nibs

## Instructions

1. Combine dates, flour, cocoa powder, optional protein powder, maple syrup, nut butter, and salt in a blender or food processor.
2. Pulse the mixture until combined, warming it in the microwave briefly if needed to help it blend.
3. Add cacao nibs to the mixture.
4. Shape the mixture into large balls.
5. Place the balls in the fridge to set.
