## Ingredients

- 1 whole rotisserie chicken, deboned
- 2 10 oz cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 16 oz container sour cream
- 1 bunch green onion, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp dehydrated minced onion
- 2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 26 oz shredded hash browns
- salt (optional)
- black pepper (optional)
- 1 sleeve ritz crackers
- 1/2 stick melted butter

## Instructions

1. Debone one rotisserie chicken and add to a large mixing bowl.
2. Add two 10 oz cans of condensed cream of chicken soup to the bowl.
3. Add a 16 oz container of sour cream.
4. Finely chop one bunch of green onions and add to the bowl.
5. Add three tablespoons of dehydrated minced onion.
6. Add two cups of shredded sharp cheddar cheese.
7. Add a 26 oz bag of shredded hash browns.
8. Add salt and black pepper to taste and mix well.
9. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
10. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly.
11. Crush a sleeve of ritz crackers and add to a bowl. Mix with 1/2 stick of melted butter until the crackers are coated.
12. Sprinkle the crackers over the casserole.
13. Bake in a 375 degree oven until hot and bubbling, with the top golden brown.
