# Protein Burrito with The Big Man

## Ingredients

- 2 Ostrich Egg
- 1 pc butter
- green onions
- seasoning
- chilli pepper
- 1 pc red onion
- canned chipotle peppers
- bacon
- water
- 1 pc avocado
- tortillas
- cheese
- hash browns

## Instructions

1. Crack the ostrich eggs into a bowl.
2. Add butter to the eggs.
3. Whisk the eggs with butter.
4. Cook the eggs in a pan over medium heat, continuously stirring with a spatula to create a creamy scrambled texture.
5. Add chopped green onions to the cooking eggs.
6. Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
7. Remove the seeds from a chili pepper (or leave them for more spice).
8. Dice a red onion.
9. Open a can of chipotle peppers.
10. Combine the chili pepper, diced red onion, canned chipotle peppers, and some liquid (possibly from the canned peppers or water) in a blender.
11. Blend the ingredients until smooth to make a salsa.
12. Place bacon slices in a cold pan and add water.
13. Cook the bacon until crispy.
14. Halve and pit an avocado.
15. Slice the avocado.
16. Spread the scrambled eggs onto tortillas.
17. Add the prepared salsa over the eggs.
18. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the salsa.
19. Layer the cooked bacon on top of the cheese.
20. Add sliced avocado.
21. Place hash browns on top of the avocado and other fillings.
22. Fold the tortillas tightly to create burritos.
23. Slice the burritos in half and serve.
