## Ingredients

- 1 stack white corn tortilla
- 1 lb ground beef
- onion, diced
- garlic, minced
- 2 can enchilada sauce
- 1 cup chihuahua cheese
- colby jack cheese
- cilantro (optional)

## Instructions

1. Cut the white corn tortillas into small squares.
2. Place a skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef and diced onion.
3. Chop and cook the beef using a meat masher.
4. Add minced garlic and the chopped tortillas to the skillet and stir.
5. Pour in the enchilada sauce and stir in the chihuahua cheese.
6. Top with Colby Jack cheese and place in the oven to melt.
7. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh cilantro.
