# Best Dip

This dip is going to feed a crowd and have everybody looking for more.

## Ingredients

- 1 block cream cheese
- 500 ml sour cream
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 packet ranch style ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cans drained Rotel
- 2 handfuls Tex-Mex cheese
- cheddar cheese

## Instructions

1. Put one block of cream cheese into a bowl.
2. Add one 500 ml tub of sour cream to the bowl.
3. Use a mixer to get the cream cheese and sour cream smooth.
4. Add a full taco seasoning packet to the mix.
5. Add a full ranch style ranch packet to the mix.
6. Use the mixer to incorporate all the seasonings well.
7. Add one can of drained Rotel to the dip.
8. Fold the Rotel into the dip.
9. Fold in a couple of big handfuls of Tex-Mex cheese.
10. Transfer the dip into a to-go pan.
11. Cover the top with some more cheddar cheese.
