# Lick Me I Lick You Mocktail

A refreshing drink made with velvet tamarind fruit syrup, lemon juice and tonic or soda water.

## Ingredients

- 0.5 Cup Velvet Tamarind Fruit (Licky Licky)
- 0.5 Cup Sugar
- 0.5 Cup Hot Water
- 30 ml Velvet Tamarind Syrup
- 30 ml Lemon Juice
- Top Off Tonic OR Soda Water
- 30 ml Vodka OR Rum
- Few Velvet Tamarind Fruit

## Instructions

1. Add Velvet Tamarind Fruit, Sugar and Hot Water to a jar.
2. Stir till Sugar dissolves.
3. Leave to cool down.
4. Strain.
5. Bottle and Use.
6. Add ice to a glass.
7. Add Lemon Juice.
8. Add Velvet Tamarind Syrup.
9. Top off with Tonic OR Soda Water.
10. Stir to Incorporate Ingredients.
11. Garnish with Velvet Tamarind.
