## Instructions

1. Start by browning 2 pounds of ground beef in a pan, breaking it up with a meat mallet.
2. Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder while it cooks.
3. While the beef is cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil for the tortellini.
4. Once the ground beef is cooked, use paper towels held with tongs to soak up excess oil.
5. Mix in one and a half jars of your favorite pasta sauce (Rao's Homemade Marinara is recommended) with the cooked ground beef.
6. Add a full block of cream cheese to the meat sauce and stir until it melts and combines fully.
7. Add the family-size three-cheese tortellini to the boiling salted water and cook according to package instructions (about 5 minutes).
8. Place the cooked and strained tortellini into a baking dish.
9. Carefully pour the meat sauce on top of the tortellini in the baking dish.
10. Give the tortellini and sauce a good stir to combine everything.
11. Top the dish with sliced block mozzarella cheese (or shredded mozzarella).
12. Pop the dish in the oven for about 20 minutes at 350°F (175°C) to melt the cheese on top.
13. For the last couple of minutes, put the broiler on to make the cheese slightly crispy.
