## Ingredients

- 3 lbs 96/4 Lean Ground Beef
- 1 box Barilla Protein+ Pasta
- 1 medium diced onion
- 5 tsp minced garlic
- 1 jar crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste

## Instructions

1. Spread 3 lbs of beef evenly in your pan to get a sear on the bottom.
2. Cook one box of protein pasta while the ground beef is cooking.
3. Once the ground beef has color on one side, flip it over.
4. Add one diced onion.
5. Once the other side has a sear, break up the ground beef as it cooks.
6. Just before the ground beef is done, add five teaspoons of minced garlic.
7. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
8. Give that all a good mix as your beef finishes up cooking.
9. Once the ground beef is done, add one 28 oz jar of crushed tomatoes and one cup of beef broth.
10. Mix in your crushed tomatoes and beef broth and bring to a low simmer.
11. Let this simmer for about five to seven minutes until you have a nice thick rich sauce.
12. Once your sauce is nice and thick, add in your cooked protein pasta.
13. Mix the pasta well so the noodles get coated in the sauce.
14. Add one cup of grated parmesan and two cups of part-skim mozzarella.
15. Reduce your heat; the cheese should melt easily.
16. Keep mixing until the cheese is all melted and well combined.
17. Once everything is melted and well combined, divide it up among your meal prep containers.
