# REINDEER CHEESECAKE

The cutest Christmas cheesecake EVER. No-bake, creamy, simple… and every slice is a little reindeer.

## Ingredients

- 300 g digestives
- 120 g melted butter
- 600 g cream cheese room temp
- 120 g icing sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 300 ml double cream
- Pretzels
- Edible eyes
- Smarties
- 1 red Smartie

## Instructions

1. Blitz biscuits.
2. Mix with butter.
3. Press into an 8-inch tin.
4. Chill for 20 minutes.
5. Beat cream cheese, icing sugar & vanilla.
6. Whip the cream to soft peaks.
7. Fold together.
8. Spread over the base.
9. Set for 4–6 hours (overnight is best).
10. Slice into 8–10 wedges.
11. Add pretzel antlers, eyes & Smartie noses.
12. Pop a red Rudolph nose in the centre.
