# Fudgy Brownies

## Ingredients

- 200 g dark chocolate
- 110 g butter
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 0.5 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.25 cup cocoa powder

## Instructions

1. Melt chocolate and butter together and let that cool on the side.
2. In a bowl, mix sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, and salt until pale and fluffy.
3. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the bowl and mix.
4. Sift in cocoa powder and flour, then gently fold them into the mixture.
5. Pour the batter into a prepared baking pan. You can add nuts and chocolate chips at this stage.
6. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
7. Let cool completely before cutting.
