# Pasta Con Atún Express

## Ingredients

- pasta
- butter
- olive oil
- onion
- garlic
- tuna in lata
- crema de leche
- caldo
- pasta de tomate
- salt
- pimiento
- hierbitas
- queso parmesano
- albahaca fresca

## Instructions

1. Cook the pasta.
2. Melt butter in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
3. Cook the onion and when it softens add the garlic and sauté.
4. Now add the canned tuna, drained.
5. Add the cream, the broth, the tomato paste and mix well.
6. Season with salt, pepper and herbs.
7. Add a handful of Parmesan cheese and when it melts add a little fresh basil.
8. Incorporate the cooked pasta and mix it with this delicious sauce.
