# Fake Avocado Salsa

A creamy, avocado-free green salsa commonly used at taco trucks.

## Ingredients

- to taste olive oil
- 1 handful garlic
- 20 whole serrano pepper
- 1/2 whole onion
- 1 whole mexican squash
- 1 handful cilantro
- to taste salt (optional)
- to taste chicken bouillon (optional)
- to taste lime juice (optional)

## Instructions

1. Sauté the chopped Mexican squash, onion, serrano peppers, and garlic in a skillet with olive oil until nice and caramelized.
2. Add the sautéed ingredients to a blender along with a handful of cilantro.
3. Season with salt, chicken bouillon, and lime juice.
4. Blend until smooth.
